Beach Town plays Hell's Half Mile in September!

Hold on to your hats, the rock and roll beach movie of the mind is playing at the Hell's Half Mile music and film festival! We'll be rolling into the Bay City, Michigan.

The fest runs Sept 22-25, 2016. More details as they come.

Next! Beach Town comes to Seoul!

Next on our international run -- we are proud to announce that Beach Town has been invited to the Seoul International Youth Film Festival in Korea, August 2016!  It's the largest film festival in South Korea. We'll post more info as it becomes available.

Inspired more by films like People on Sunday (1930) than Frankie and Annette, Beach Town is a rock and roll beach movie of the mind  –  a quiet, unabashedly atmospheric look at the lives of young people whose art is ineffably linked with their surroundings in a low-rent coastal community. Beach Town features an upbeat summertime soundtrack and was shot entirely in Seattle in glorious, Super 16 color film.
